Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment. The time & cost of a missed appointment hurts my business. If an appointment is rescheduled more than 2 times, 100% of the appointment will have to be paid before rescheduling again.
Please be respectful of this policy, as it will be harder for you to book with me in the future. If you plan on being late to your appointment please communicate with me as soon as possible. By booking, you fully acknowledge & understand this policy.
A 50% cancellation fee is charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
